We just got our 10x20 storage unit and am happy so far. David is great to work with. He got us checked in quickly and was very helpful. Our unit is a bit moist and has a musty odor but I also understand that we've had a lot of rain lately so I'm hoping the upcoming nice weather will help out. That is the reason for four stars rather than five. I would gladly give five stars to David's customer service. That sort of customer service seems rare these days.
